My extras hustle in life has always been cleaning. Strange but true…I like cleaning! It’s an activity that provides movement in a focused and detail oriented manner. I love the instant gratification of accomplishment that it offers as well.

To be clear, my services are offered part time as available outside of my principal life. If you are looking for a service person to guarantee a regular ongoing schedule, I can refer you to an excellent company.

Cleaning List

Bedroom, Living Room & Common Areas

  • Dust all accessible surfaces
  • Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures (within reach)
  • Clean all floor surfaces
  • Take out garbage and recycling
  • Making the bed(s)

Bathrooms

  • Wash and sanitize the toilet, shower, tub, and sink
  • Dust all accessible surfaces
  • Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures (within safe reach)
  • Clean all floor surfaces
  • Take out garbage and recycling

Kitchen

  • Dust all accessible surfaces
  • Empty and clean sink
  • Wipe down exterior of stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge
  • Clean all floor surfaces
  • Take out garbage and recycling

Guidelines

  • Houses/Condos with more than 1 Bedroom & 1 Bathroom will need more time than the 4 hour minimum.
  • Laundry is NEVER included in Basic OR Deep Clean
  • Large offices may need more time than the 4 hour minimum. If needed, a partner cleaner is available to work at the same above rates PER hour PER cleaner/service person.
  • ALL pets must be put in EITHER their holders OR in another closed room/area while cleaning is being done.

Equipment

I do not have a vacuum. I take TTC and vaccuums are difficult to carry. Please leave your vacuum out with the dirt canister emptied or a fresh empty vacuum bag.

If it is a small commercial office or environment, at minimum there is usually a proper commercial mop and bucket. I do carry a mop or Swiffer for apartments, though.

Mostly I have all the cleanser products, paper towels/cloths. I have been to peoples home that prefer I use their own cleansers though. Whatever works for you.

Extras (not included)

  • Inside drawers or cabinets (exceptions: post renovation and after “move-out” – Cabinets/Drawers must be fully EMPTY of ALL items)
  • Inside Fridge is included at the DEEP Clean Rate. In Post Renovation & Move Out Cleans ALL items will be discarded. In HOME fridge cleans, all Moldy items will be discarded.
  • Inside Oven is included at the DEEP Clean Rate
  • Laundry wash & dry not included (NEVER INCLUDED)
  • Interior/Exterior windows (NEVER INCLUDED)
  • Cooking not included (NEVER INCLUDED)
  • Junk removal (hoarder’s homes) – Call 1-800-GOT-JUNK (NEVER INCLUDED)
  • Bio-Hazards – Needles, kitty litter box (kitty or any pet, rabbit, ferret, guinea pig etc.)
  • No climbing on chairs, tables or counter tops to reach above standing reach
